"아시아 문화 유산의 달" 행사 안내
안녕하세요? 오타와 한인회입니다.
캐나다 정부에서는 매년 5월을 "아시아 문화 유산의 달"로 지정하여, 한달 동안 아시아 각국의 문화를 캐나다에 소개함과 동시에, 아시아계 캐나다인으로서 캐나다에 대한 다양한 공로에 감사하고 또 이를 장려하기 위해 의미있는 여러 문화 행사들을 진행해왔습니다.
그 일환의 하나로서, 캐나다에 혹은 (아시아계 캐나다에) 한국을 소개하는 두 번의 뜻깊은 행사에 한국을 대표하는 기관으로서 오타와한인회가 초청을 받아 참여하게 되었음을 알립니다.
행사의 일시 및 장소는 다음과 같습니다.

주최: City of Gatineau
When: Saturday, May 24, 2014
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Where: Gatineau City Hall, 25 Laurier, Gatineau QC
What: 아시아 각국의 다양한 문화행사 (한국: 공연, 음식판매, 전통 공예품 및 한복 전시 등)

Greetings from the KCAO
The government of Canada designates the month of May each year as Asian Heritage Month. Throughout the entire month, there are number of events to promote the cultures of various Asian countries to Canadians as well as to show appreciation of the contributions made by Asian-Canadians to Canadian society.
As part of Asian Heritage month celebrations, the KCAO has been invited to and will participate in two different events during the month.
The event details are as follows:

What: Performances from various Asian countries

What: Cultural presentations from various Asian countries (Korea: performances, sale of food, traditional costume and arts and crafts display, etc.)
